Head of Solutions at Khenpro Global Services

• The Head of Solutions will be responsible for developing and leading innovative, client-focused service and technology solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• This role bridges the gap between business development, engineering/technical teams, and clients—ensuring that tailored solutions are commercially viable, technically sound, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Lead the design, customization, and deployment of integrated solutions across oilfield services, engineering, and digital technologies.
• Translate client needs into tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Client Engagement & Business Growth:

• Work closely with the business development team to identify market opportunities and position the company’s capabilities.
• Engage directly with clients to understand challenges, present solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Support bid preparation, tendering processes, and negotiations with technical and commercial inputs.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Build and lead a cross-functional solutions team (engineering, IT, operations, commercial).
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with company strategy and evolving oil & gas industry trends (e.g., digitalization, sustainability, asset optimization).
• Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on integrated service offerings.

Project & Performance Management:

• Oversee execution of solutions from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Monitor performance metrics, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Petroleum, or related field (Master’s/MBA an advantage).
• Minimum of 7–10years’ experience in oilfield services, engineering solutions, or related technical/operations roles, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong track record in developing and delivering complex technical solutions in Oil & Gas.
• Commercial acumen with experience in client engagement, tendering, and business development.
• Knowledge of digital technologies (IoT, AI, automation) in oil & gas operations is an added advantage.
