Job Description
- The Head Of Sales is responsble for laxiing the companys sales strategy and driving revenue across dl insurance products cmd distributwn channels.
- This role will oversæ the developaznt of new Ewsiness, retention of key accounts, nnanagement the corporate and retail sales tean1S, and delivery Of sales perforrnance in line with the corrpanys objectives.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mincßet, deep industry knowledge, and experience in managing large, high-perforn-ing sales teanns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic/ Professional: BSc. from a reputable university.
- At least an MBA from an accredited academic institution.
- 10+ years Of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry.
- Must be an Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
