Job Description
- Supervise daily operations of a hospital or specific unit, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Implement and enforce policies, develop programs for eye disease prevention and health promotion, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Train and supervise staff, including medical and administrative personnel, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Monitor healthcare quality, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the hospital, setting goals and objectives, and developing strategies for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with medical and administrative staff, collaborate with other professionals, and build relationships with external organizations.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, assess performance, inform decision-making, and prepare reports for various stakeholders. Overseeing daily operations of the hospital
- Managing hospital staff and departmental managers

- Prior experience in healthcare management, public health, or a related field is necessary.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and supervise staff, and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and present information clearly.
- Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- In-depth understanding of public health principles, disease prevention, health promotion, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or public health can be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations
- Experience with healthcare information systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Strong financial acumen
