HR Intern at Total Data Limited

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on

• Assist with posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms
• Pre-screen and pre-chat candidates to assess basic suitability
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding documentation for new hires

• Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external training programs
• Support the processing of
  ITF approvals for all training activities
• Maintain training attendance records and training reports
• Assist with training evaluations and feedback collation

• Maintain HR files and documentation
• Support general HR administrative tasks assigned
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and employees

• Recent graduate, NYSC member, or undergraduate studying
  Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment and learning & development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Practical exposure to recruitment and L&D processes
• Hands-on HR experience in a professional environment
• Mentorship and learning opportunities within the HR team
