What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR operations & implement people strategies
- Manage recruitment, onboarding & employee relations
- Oversee payroll, performance management & compliance
- Drive employee engagement & development programs
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years HR experience (real estate/construction industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws & HR best practices
- Great communication, problem-solving & organizational skills
- CIPM/SHRM certification is a plus
