Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and support our human resources operations and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
Provide support in performance management and employee relations.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR-related role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
