What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

  • Own end-to-end hiring for roles with an initial focus on
    Realtor Associates, Property Sourcing Specialists, and Business Development
    . You’ll build funnels, run smooth processes, and help us make great hires fast..
  • Write compelling job ads, select channels, and run outreach/sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals).
  • Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, coordinate panels, and manage candidate communications.
  • Build and maintain an organized pipeline/ATS (can be spreadsheets at first; help us choose a tool).
  • Partner with founders/leadership to define role scopes, interview rubrics, and offers.
  • Support onboarding: offer letters, document collection, background/reference checks, day-1 readiness.
  • Maintain clean hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source quality, funnel conversion) and weekly reporting.
  • Document and improve processes: templates, scorecards, SLAs, hiring manager training.
  • Light HR ops: contracts admin, leave tracking basics, and policy documentation (as needed).

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • 2–5+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR (agency or in-house) with high-volume, fast-moving hiring.
  • Strong sourcing chops and structured interviewing skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; confident running candidate screens over WhatsApp/Zoom.
  • Organization superpowers: you keep pipelines tidy and stakeholders updated.
  • Comfort with simple HR ops and compliance hygiene (contracts, files, checklists).

Bonus: experience hiring in NL/UK/EU or Nigeria; familiarity with ATS tools (Workable/Lever/Greenhouse) and Google Workspace.
