Job Description

Job Purpose

To manage 

HRTM operations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance
, ensuring discipline, accuracy, and operational efficiency across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
  • Manage attendance, leave, and workforce data
  • Prepare HR documentation and reports

Policy Enforcement & Discipline

  • Enforce attendance, punctuality, and workplace rules
  • Issue queries, warnings, and disciplinary notices
  • Support investigations and disciplinary processes

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee complaints and grievances
  • Provide first-level conflict resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to HRTM Manager

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing (accuracy and timelines)
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Maintain compensation records

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation
  • Support internal and external audits

Reporting

  • Generate attendance and disciplinary reports
  • Track compliance metrics
