Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled HSE Officer with experience in the renewable energy sector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture on solar project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures specific to solar project operations.
Conduct site inspections for solar farm installations, roof-top solar systems, and related works.
Monitor compliance with environmental standards, waste management, and sustainable practices.
Perform risk assessments and toolbox talks for site workers and contractors.
Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HSE roles within the energy, power, or construction sector (solar industry experience is an advantage).
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety) preferred.
