- We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer in the catering industry to join our team in Lagos.
- As a Catering HSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our staff and customers in our catering operations.
- You will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to staff on HSE procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for catering operations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Provide training to staff on HSE procedures and protocols
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HSE role, preferably in catering or food industry
- HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
