The HSE & Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with

and delivers that meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE and QA systems, conducting audits, and leading a culture of safety and quality across all operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
  .
• Professional certifications in HSE and Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of
  5 years
  experience in HSE and quality assurance management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience implementing ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems.
• Strong track record in reducing workplace incidents and improving product quality.

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in auditing, reporting, and HSE/QA software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must not be more than 45 years of age
