Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The HSE & Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
and delivers high-quality products
that meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE and QA systems, conducting audits, and leading a culture of safety and quality across all operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HSE and Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in HSE and quality assurance management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience implementing ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems.
- Strong track record in reducing workplace incidents and improving product quality.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in auditing, reporting, and HSE/QA software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must not be more than 45 years of ageat the time of application.
