Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and the onboarding of new employees.
  • Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and overseeing compensation programs.
  • Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, investigating complaints, and promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Assisting with employee performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting professional development and training programs.
  • Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adhering to labor laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and creating official HR documents.
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyzing HR data to create reports for decision-makers and support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
