Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and the onboarding of new employees.
- Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and overseeing compensation programs.
- Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, investigating complaints, and promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Assisting with employee performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting professional development and training programs.
- Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adhering to labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and creating official HR documents.
- Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyzing HR data to create reports for decision-makers and support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
