Job Description
As a Remote Human Resource Manager, you'll lead HR functions for Candy TV, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment for remote work
Nice to Have:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM)
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry
- Familiarity with remote team management
