Human Resource Officer at Glowfield International School

Glowfield International School is seeking to recruit a competent and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must reside within Island or Lekki–Epe environs and possess strong HR operational skills.

• 2–3 years proven experience as an HR Officer.
• Strong proficiency in Recruitment, Training and Development. 
• Solid understanding of Performance Management systems and implementation.
• Must be able to resume immediately.
• Minimum of a First Degree in any relevant field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation.
• Manage performance appraisal activities and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide daily HR operational support across departments.
