Human Resource Officer at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Job Summary:

We are sourcing for a Human Resource Officer who would act as a vital link between management, Client and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced retail or wholesale environment. This role combines traditional HR functions with administrative tasks specific to the fashion sector, such as managing retail staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive, creative, and productive work culture. 

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment, which is crucial for maintaining staff morale in high-pressure sales roles.
• Handling staff documentation, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Identifying skill gaps and implementing training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Assisting with payroll administration and managing employee benefits. 

Salary: ₦200,000 - ₦250,000.

• Minimum of HND Degree in Human Resource or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a mid level management role 
• Proven track record of business growth and team leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
