Job Summary

Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organized

Human Resources Officer
with 2–5 years of hands-on experience across both
administrative and strategic aspects of Human Resource Management
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, workforce planning, and employee development. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative HR Functions

  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave management, attendance, and disciplinary records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide day-to-day HR support

Strategic HR Functions

  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Assist in performance management processes and appraisals
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Support management in talent management, succession planning, and staff engagement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    2–5 years relevant HR experience
    covering both administrative and strategic HR functions
  • Bachelor’s degree
    in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certifications
    (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in a
    manufacturing company
    is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
