About the job

We are seeking a skilled and passionate
HR Specialist
to join our People & Culture team to drive HR initiatives and support our workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the organization’s
talent strategy
to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
Manage end-to-end
recruitment and on-boarding
processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Oversee
performance management
systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Support
career development
initiatives to help employees reach their full potential.
Lead
learning, training, and succession planning
programs to build organizational capacity.
Drive
employee engagement
activities and foster a positive organizational culture.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR practices align with company values and strategic objectives.

Key Requirements:

CIPM certification
or currently enrolled in the program.
Minimum of
4 years’ experience
in Human Resources.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
A
Master’s degree
in Human Resources or related field is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of the
HR value chain
across all functional areas.
Experience in the
healthcare sector
will be an advantage.
