Job Summary
- The HR/Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen interest in HR and administration within a logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining staff records.
- Support employee relations and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain HR databases, files, and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and handle correspondence.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and office management.
- Support compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Assist in coordinating staff training and performance appraisals.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR and/or Administration (experience in logistics industry is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude.
