Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning and Recruitment
- Salary & Benefits Administration
- Administration of the Performance Management process
- Management of the Learning and Development process
- Employee Relations Management
- Employee Records Management and Exit Management
- Periodic commute to and work from other branches as required.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required
- BSc / HND or its equivalent
- 3-5 years experience as an HR generalist in a reputable chain of fast-food stores
- A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc)
- The ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
- Good understanding of the retail business
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very organised and a good planner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, discreet and credible
- Good coach
- Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
- Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
