The ICT Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing computers and networks. The role is crucial for ensuring that our IT infrastructure works properly with maximum capabilities.

• Proficiency with networking, hardware, software, CCTV, telephony, endpoint devices and operating systems.
• Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
• Ability to work occasional off-hours duty to permit timely attention to mission-critical functions.
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL and other ICT certification will be considered an advantage
