Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Excellence Coach to join our dynamic team. This role is not for a general IELTS teacher — it is a specialist position dedicated to polishing our students for Band 8+ performance through mastery of grammar, vocabulary, and exam-style feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted grammar and vocabulary sessions tailored to IELTS Writing & Speaking descriptors.
- Deliver fluency and pronunciation coaching to improve confidence and accuracy.
- Provide personalized essay and speaking feedback, correcting grammar, structure, and lexical choice.
- Act as a mock test examiner, evaluating students using official IELTS band descriptors.
- Collaborate with other tutors to ensure a consistent and results-driven learning experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language (compulsory).
- Proven experience in IELTS tutoring (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong command of grammar, academic vocabulary, and advanced writing.
- Ability to evaluate students using IELTS band descriptors.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
