About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Network Support Analyst (Infrastructure Cloud / PCN / Telecom – Level 1)
to provide first-line technical support for cloud services, private communication networks (PCN), and telecom systems. This entry-level role is part of our Network Engineering track
and will focus on troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining core IT and network services for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for office network, telecom, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP issues.
- Support end users with cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS fundamentals).
- Monitor PCN systems and escalate issues to Level 2/3 network engineers when necessary.
- Perform basic configuration of network/telecom devices under supervision.
- Log incidents, service requests, and solutions in the helpdesk/ticketing system.
- Assist with scheduled network updates, patches, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT/network security and organizational standards.

- If additional related services, which may not have been captured in the list of services provided above are required, charging for such services will be as jointly agreed to by company and vendor.
- Expected Service Delivery Expertise for Infrastructure Support
- To ensure effective service delivery, contractor is expected to follow the resource guide.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or Telecoms.
- 3-5 years’ experience in network/telecom/cloud support .
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and VoIP technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Cloud Fundamentals) are an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
