Infrastructure End User Support (Field) at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Infrastructure End User Support (Field) professional to provide on-site IT support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and upgrading end-user devices and ensuring smooth operations of IT systems in the field.

1. Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user hardware.
2. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network connections.
3. Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
4. Support end users with connectivity issues, software updates, and peripheral setup.
5. Document issues, resolutions, and provide feedback for system/process improvements.
6. Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
7. Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.

1. Azure Fundamental and Azure Administrator certifications; Windows 10 Desktop Support or equivalent Microsoft Certifications.

1. 6 to 8 years of computer-related support experience in Windows OS.

1. Strong communication skills, Office 365, Desktop Virtualization, Video Conferencing (Cisco/Webex/Skype), Support of Change Management.
