Installer (Furniture Assembly & Installation) at Softhills Limited

We are looking for experienced furniture assemblers, carpenters, handymen, and installation technicians who can professionally assemble and install our products in customers’ homes, offices, lounges, and business spaces.

This is a flexible partner role. Jobs will be assigned based on your location, availability, experience, and skill level.

• Assemble and install furniture and home/office products for customers.
• Handle products such as chairs, desks, beds, wardrobes, cabinets, TV stands, dining sets, recliners and other home and office furniture.
• Visit customer locations for assigned installation jobs.
• Contact customers before arrival when assigned.
• Handle products carefully and professionally.
• Take clear photos/videos before and after installation.
• Report missing parts, damages, defects, or customer issues immediately.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Complete assigned jobs within the agreed timeline.
• Follow installation and customer service standards.

• Experience in furniture assembly, carpentry, product setup, or installation.
• Must have basic installation tools.
• Must be available for jobs within your city or nearby areas.
• Must be reachable by phone and WhatsApp.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly.
• Ability to provide photos or videos of previous installation work.
• Willingness to provide verification details if shortlisted.
• Willingness to follow our service rules and installation standards.
