Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Process orders, applications, forms, and requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer needs.
- Meet performance targets such as sales, response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possess SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacyis a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
