Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer needs.
  • Meet performance targets such as sales, response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Possess SSCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacyis a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
