Job Summary
We are seeking an
Experienced International Student Recruiter
to drive student recruitment through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing, lead generation, and student conversion, with in-depth knowledge of the international admissions process. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to promote education services are essential. The role also requires meeting set student enrolment targets within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- The student recruiter must convert at least 3 candidates monthly from leads generated and from personal efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly student enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students for international study programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Provide counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission procedures.
- Assist students in preparing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and required documents.
- Guide students through visa application processes and financial documentation requirements.
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partner universities and institutions.
- Stay informed about international education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
- Follow up with students and provide continuous support until successful enrolment in their chosen institution.
- Create engaging content with the team for social media, blogs, and marketing materials to promote study abroad programs.
- Support in the growth of the organisation
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND or Equivalent in any related field
- Minimum of 3years’ experiencein marketing, student recruitment, education consultancy, or study abroad services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding monthly enrolment targets.
- Strong ability to convert applicants into successful enrolments.
- Excellent knowledge of study abroad programs and application processes, particularly in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Europe.
- Familiarity with international university admission procedures and visa regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteandCRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
