Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Inventory / Buying Officer
to handle procurement, supplier coordination, and ensure the supermarket maintains optimal stock levels and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Track stock levels and reorder timelines.
  • Maintain supplier records and purchase databases.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations on restocking plans.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/ND in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ procurement or inventory experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and record-keeping skills.
  • Proactive and organized individual.
