to oversee product inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and support the smooth running of our operations as we continue to grow.

• Manage and monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and channels.
• Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing stock, including returns and damaged goods.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and fulfillment.
• Maintain organized inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory software.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Forecast demand trends to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Liaise with suppliers to track shipments, resolve supply issues, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Generate weekly inventory reports for management and suggest process improvements.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or inventory management software.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree.

• Previous experience managing inventory in retail, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Zoho Inventory, or similar systems.
