Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc IT/IS) are an added advantage.
Relevant Certifications as listed below:
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect
- Microsoft 365 Certified (Administrator, Security, Teams)
- ITIL v4 (Foundation or Intermediate)
- CCNA / CCNP
- Security Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CYSA+, CEH, ISO27001 Lead Implementer)
Knowledge on Firewall, Switches, Access Points, Telephony, UPS, CCTV, NAC solution (NPS, Cisco ISE)
Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
Server monitoring, provisioning, patching, DR and security hardening
LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs
Minimum 7–10 years hands-on experience in IT Operations.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role managing technical teams.
Proven experience supporting multi-site operations.
