Job Description
Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for solving hardware and software issues? We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to join our growing team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day hardware and software support across the organization.
- Manage and update static websites (basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Configure and troubleshoot mail servers and related systems.
- Deliver general IT support to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic front-end web knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience managing mail servers (e.g., Exchange, cPanel, or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary:
