Junior Accountant at Ascentech Services Limited

Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly Gross Pay

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our office and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of accounting experience and a solid foundation in financial principles. The role involves preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing records, and assisting with audits and compliance.

• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and petty cash.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience (experience in office/accounting support operations preferred).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
