Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to warehouse users.

Troubleshoot issues with:
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- RF scanners and handheld devices
- Printers and label printers
- PCs, laptops, and terminals
- Log and manage IT support tickets and escalate when required.
- Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices.
- Install software, updates, and drivers.
- Support IT asset tracking and equipment inventory checks.
- Support the procurement process related to thermal printer labels, consumables, equipment and peripherals.
- Assist senior IT staff with ongoing support tasks and projects.
Requirement
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory management systems in a retail, logistics or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with mobile devices.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, connectivity).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a warehouse environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous IT support experience, internship, or relevant training.
- Exposure to warehouse, logistics, retail, or operational environments.
- IT certifications (CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+).
