Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the B2B sectors
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Proactively identify and secure upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery, resolving complex issues, and advocating for client needs internally.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with key potential and existing enterprise clients
- Drive high customer satisfaction and retention rates, fostering loyalty and maximizing account lifetime
- value.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform salesstrategies.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 4 years experience.
