Do you have geochemical laboratory skills and work experience?

Are you precise, proactive, and ready to build something from the ground up?

• The Role:
  You own the start of the chain. You’ll manage drying, crushing, and pulverizing, ensuring zero cross-contamination.
• Must-have:
  Deep knowledge of mineralogy and "dust-to-data" workflows.

• The Role:
  Overseeing the high-tech stuff. You’ll manage digestion and instrument runs (ICP-OES).
• Must-have:
  Strong grasp of chemical interference and QA/QC protocols.

• The Role:
  Hands-on lab work. Precise pipetting, weighing, and reagent preparation.
• Must-have:
  High attention to detail and a "safety-first" mindset.

• The Role:
  Turning raw machine data into clean, compliant Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Must-have:
  Advanced Excel/Power BI and the ability to spot an outlier a mile away.

• The Role:
  Keeping our heavy-duty crushers and pulverizers running 24/7.
• Must-have:
  Mechanical/Electrical background and a "fix-it-before-it-breaks" attitude.

• The Role:
  Managing the LIMS-to-Invoice pipeline and real-time AR aging reports.
• Must-have:
  Experience in service-based accounting and ERP systems.

• The Role:
  A hybrid role! You’ll find our clients (Mining & Exploration firms) and manage our digital backbone (LIMS & Network).
• Must-have:
  A mix of sales "hustle" and IT troubleshooting skills.
