Role Purpose

Minimum Requirements
- B Sc/HND from a reputable higher institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the learning and development (L& talent management, or organizational development fields, with some portion of that time in a dedicated leadership role.
- Professional certification is mandatory.
