Lecturer at an Educational Institution

• Deliver modules in health and social care management, including leadership, healthcare policy, ethics, and contemporary practice.
• Design lesson plans, presentations, and online resources aligned with our global curriculum.
• Supervise student projects, case studies, and applied research.
• Assess and grade student work in line with assessment standards.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and academic support to students.
• Contribute to curriculum review and internal quality assurance (IQA) processes.
• Use EdTech tools to enhance teaching and promote blended learning.

• Master’s degree in
  Health & Social Care, Public Health, or related field
  .
• Professional background in healthcare or social care practice desirable.
• Teaching/lecturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and social care policy frameworks and leadership practices.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting students.
• BSc/HND graduates with relevant professional qualifications and experience may apply.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and academic writing skills.
