About the Role
The Legal and Trust Analyst will provide legal and operational support in the administration of trust structures, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery of trustee services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing trust agreements, debentures, and other legal documents.
- Support the creation and management of trust structures for corporate and individual clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations under SEC and other relevant bodies.
- Conduct legal research on trust-related issues, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records, ensuring proper documentation.
- Support the monitoring of trust accounts and assets, ensuring adherence to fiduciary duties.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of trustee services.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in trust management or a related field.
- Good understanding of trust law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
