Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor activities with relevant stakeholders under the guidance of Experts.
- To document activity record immediately after each event and prepare appropriate forms of documentation (e.g. activity report, meeting minutes)
- To report monitored progress of activities to Experts and relevant stakeholders.
- To identify lessons learned, challenges, and good practices related to planned/ implemented activities, report them to Experts and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, and propose possible solutions to address identified issues.
- To provide adequate on-the-spot feedback to those who are involved in planned/ implemented activities in order to improve their performance and motivation.
- To support administrative work and logistic arrangement requested by Experts.
- To accompany and actively involve business trips planned and requested by Experts.
- To perform any other duties requested by Experts.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a liaison coordinator and/or office clerk.
- Have good skills for creating documents including reports and meeting minutes.
- Have good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Be able to engage in various tasks positively for supporting activities performed by the organization’s Experts.
Required Competencies:
- Have excellent communication abilities in English, including speaking, writing, reading and listening. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the Organization’s Experts’ activities in Nigeria.
- To support the effective and efficient planning, implementation and monitoring of activities associated with the organization under the overall guidance of the organization’s Experts.
