Loan Collection Officer  at Midstream Global Investment Ltd

• Responsible for contacting overdue customers via telephone, text messages, WhatsApp, and other means to conduct debt collection activities. 
• Capable of conveying information clearly and assertively, possessing strong communication skills, conviction, and resilience under pressure. 
• Strictly adhere to work procedures and complete daily tasks assigned by superiors. 
• Maintain meticulous records and operate systems in accordance with requirements during working hours. 
• Undergo rigorous in-office training on operational procedures and skills enhancement. 
• Continued decline in performance metrics will result in dismissal!

 Company Benefits 

• Salary: 75,000 -110,000（Depending on the duration and performance of the work） 
• Phone card: 1K*26 day = 26,000
• Daily bonus: 0.7K*26 day = 18.2K Week bonus: 18K*4 week= 72K (current maximum)
