Job Description
Role
- Coordinate meetings/workshops with beneficiary and partner MDAs; prepare minutes and track action items.
- Support day-to-day operations (scheduling, logistics, admin) and basic procurement/inspection checklists.
- Assist training/ToT, hackathons/IR events, incubation activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Compile M&E data for KPIs and maintain records/archives.
Scope of Work
- Governance & PMU support; master schedule and implementation roadmap.
- Capacity building: entrepreneurship courses, ToT, mentoring.
- Programs: hackathons, IR/seed events, incubation, and global market/investor linkages.
- Facilities & equipment support (where applicable): SOPs, checklists, and operations assistance.
- M&E and communications: KPI tracking, data-driven reporting, and outreach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years post University professional experience
- Working proficiency in English; local language ability is an advantage.
- Proven coordination, documentation (MS/Google tools), and stakeholder communication skills.
