We’re looking for a

to join our Business Operations team. You’ll ensure the efficient movement, storage, and timely delivery of dental, orthodontic, and laboratory supplies while maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

• Plan and oversee daily dispatch and delivery of products to clients and clinics.
• Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and delivery confirmation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and stock movement logs.
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards for medical supplies.
• Provide front desk and administrative support, including welcoming visitors and managing documentation.

• ND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience (medical or FMCG logistics preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Timely and error-free deliveries.
• Accurate documentation and stock management.
• Professional front-desk interactions and efficient support to internal teams.
