Job Description

As our Logistics Operations Manager, you'll revolutionize how we move products across Nigeria. You'll oversee our entire logistics ecosystem - from warehouses to last-mile delivery - while building processes that scale with Africa's fastest-growing eCommerce company.

What You'll Do

Drive operational excellence - Manage daily logistics operations and optimize for speed, cost, and quality
Innovate at scale - Challenge existing processes and implement solutions for rapid business growth
Enhance customer experience - Create innovative ways to delight our customers through superior logistics
Lead digital transformation - Partner with IT to implement cutting-edge logistics technology
Build strategic partnerships - Manage relationships with 3PL providers and key stakeholders
Own the numbers - Drive P&L performance and hit ambitious KPIs and quality targets
Scale globally - Collaborate with our international team to implement world-class best practices

What You Bring

Proven leadership - 10+ years experience with 2+ years managing large teams in logistics, manufacturing, or consulting
Academic excellence - Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or MBA preferred
Tech-savvy - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Process expertise - Hands-on experience designing and improving operational processes
People leadership - Full-cycle HR experience: hiring, performance management, career development
Analytical mindset - Strong data analysis skills with results-driven approach
Entrepreneurial spirit - Proactive, independent, yet collaborative team player
