About the Role

We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators/Technicians with hands-on experience operating and maintaining industrial and heavy-duty equipment including forklifts, sweepers, boomlifts, and heavy trucks.
The ideal candidate will ensure safe handling, efficient operations, and basic troubleshooting of assigned machines to support smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate machines such as forklifts, sweepers, boomlifts, and heavy trucks in line with company and safety standards.
Conduct pre-operation checks, routine inspections, and minor preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
Report and escalate mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately.
Ensure proper cleaning, fueling, and storage of equipment after use.
Support logistics and site operations by handling loading/unloading, material movements, and specialized lifting.
Maintain accurate daily logs of equipment use, incidents, and maintenance needs.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of OND / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
2 – 5 years’ proven experience operating forklifts, sweepers, boomlifts, and/or heavy trucks.
Valid and up-to-date operator’s license/certification for relevant machines.
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to carry out minor repairs/adjustments.
Good physical fitness and alertness for safe machine handling.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
