Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for all flow stations and equipment on the asset, including wells, pipelines, production facilities, generators, and other relevant assets.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Develop and maintain asset integrity management systems to monitor and ensure the mechanical integrity of critical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential integrity threats and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Requirements:
- BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (MSc is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance and asset integrity management within the upstream oil & gas industry.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CMRP, API 510/570/653 (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance and integrity programs for complex assets.
