Marketing/Account Officer at a Microfinance Bank

A licensed Unit Microfinance Bank based in Owerri, Imo State invites applications from motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals for the position of Marketing/Account Officer.

• Drive deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, and relationship management across target markets.
• Promote the bank’s savings, loan, and financial inclusion products to individuals, SMEs, and community groups.
• Support loan origination, documentation, monitoring, and recovery follow-up in line with bank policy.
• Ensure compliance with CBN guidelines, internal procedures, and risk controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet assigned business performance targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with ability to meet targets.
