Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Promote the company’s financial products through online and offline campaigns.
Support the sales team with lead generation and client acquisition activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Represent the company at promotional events and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.
Creative and strategic thinker with solid communication skills.
Proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
