Job Description
Job Purpose
- To develop and implement brand strategies for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) services, ensuring strong market positioning, patient awareness, and business growth in non-invasive treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and execute the brand vision, identity, and strategy for HIFU services.
- Position HIFU as a trusted, innovative, and effective non-invasive treatment option.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and patient needs to refine brand strategy.
Marketing & Communication:
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to promote HIFU.
- Create educational and promotional materials (brochures, social media content, videos, blogs, webinars).
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms to increase awareness and patient trust.
Patient Engagement & Education:
- Simplify medical information about HIFU for patient-friendly communication.
- Organize awareness programs, webinars, and health talks to educate potential patients.
- Collect and integrate patient feedback to improve brand communication.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and referral networks.
- Collaborate with professional associations and influencers to increase visibility.
- Represent the brand at medical conferences, health fairs, and corporate wellness events.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze KPIs such as patient inquiries, conversions, campaign reach, and brand perception.
- Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 5+ years’ experience in brand management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or wellness sectors.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and patient education.
- Campaign management, and analytics expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
