Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall business development and marketing strategy
- Drive sales growth, revenue expansion, and market penetration
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Oversee the sales pipeline, route-to-market strategy, and brand positioning
- Lead, coordinate, and support Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development
- At least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and sales execution
- Prior experience in spirits, alcoholic beverages, or FMCG drinks (e.g. tequila, wine, premium beverages) is highly preferred
- Proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills
