Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, tech-savvy, and capable of driving brand growth, market engagement, and product visibility in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure brand guidelines are consistently updated and followed
Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities
Organize and manage successful events and exhibitions
Oversee digital marketing and social media engagement
Collaborate with sales teams on distributor branding and visibility
Manage artwork development and engage with creative suppliers
Monitor and report on competitor marketing trends
Implement SEO strategies for enhanced digital presence
Develop and deliver compelling corporate presentations
Support and manage new product launch campaigns

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Experience Required: Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years (3 years preferred)
Proven experience in the Building Materials and/or FMCG industry
Strong commercial acumen
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools (including AI tools and graphics software)
Strong understanding of current marketing tools and digital strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Creative, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile
