Job Description
Responsibilities
- Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaigns
- Develop and ensure the implementation of effective marketing plan
- Identify and develop marketing penetration strategies for the scheme
- Coordinate and participate in products promotional programs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the marketing activities
- Sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular market intelligence activities
Minimum requirements
- Minimum of five years relevant experience in a marketing role
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- MBA or relevant master's degree would be an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Result oriented and ready to meet and surpass target
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel' MS Word' PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
